PROCESSING TIMES
Please note that ALL items are made to order. Processing and shipping times vary by product brand. You will be notified when the product ships. Please reference our Shipping and Delivery page for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Wow Kirei activewear is made in the USA, Europe and Asia. We make the product at the fulfilment center that is physically closest to you and has sufficient capacity to complete the order in a timely fashion.
ORDER CHANGES
You can, but we must receive your request for a change to your order before 11:59 PM ET for the change to be accepted. Once your order is being printed it can no longer be changed. So if you need to change the size contact our support team immediately by email your request to [email protected]. Remember to include your order number and new size.
If the item has not shipped, we can change if for you. However, as part of our fraud prevention practices we limit how the address can be change. For example, we would allow you to add additional information that will make it easier to identify the exact delivery location, like suite numbers, extended street address information and zip/postal code information. But we won't allow you to change the address to something significantly different than the initial billing address used during the initial purchase.
All our our products are made to order, specifically for you. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, and we pride ourselves on being part of the sustainable fashion movement. Once we start creating the product it cannot be cancelled. We understand that there are situations where an order may need to be cancelled so most orders can be cancelled up until 11:59 PM (ET) the day they are placed.
A request for an order cancellation must be received before 11:59 PM EDT on the same day the order is placed by emailing your request to [email protected]

Its important to note that all of our products are handmade at the time of ordering, which allows us to operate sustainably without excess inventory and waste. Once we start creating the product it cannot be cancelled.
I WANT TO CHANGE THE SIZE
This can happen, so not to worry. We allow one size change request per order. Please use our returns portal and leave a note with the order number and new size you want. It happens that you select a wrong size, no worries. Please include a note that states which size you would like and we will send you the correct size. While we are happy to exchange the size, no refunds are given for incorrect size choices.
I RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
Although, we triple check orders for quality assurance, sometimes things slip through. Please don't worry, attach a photo of the incorrect item before submitting the request. Once validated we will issue a replacement.Â
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If you have provided us with the correct address and the package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time as per our policy, plus 15 business days for possible delays, or there is no update on the tracking info for more than 10-15 days, please reach out to us, if we are unable to trace down the package we will re-ship a replacement free of charge.
IÂ RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM
We pride ourselves on exceptional product quality. All orders go through 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. In this case you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, maybe sew it yourself, throw or give it away. The only thing we need you to do is submit a request for a return, and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see on the photo that its damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.

- Returns & Exchanges must be made within 20 days of the purchased date
- The items must be unworn and undamaged and in re-sellable condition
- Returned or Exchanged items must have all tags attached and be returned in the original product packaging

We refund to original payment method or store credit
No, any request must be approved. In addition. we allow the exchange of only one item per order. If you are approved for an exchange the replaced item will be shipped to you.

- Follow the instructions and select the item you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
We will send you instructions via email on how to ship the returned products. Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipment costs for both returns and exchanges.
Once your returned items is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement
DAMAGED ITEM
We will issue a replacement to those customers that received a defective or damaged item. If this applies to you please contact us via our support email within 20 days of purchase of the damaged or defective product. You must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect, including at least the following:
1. Several photos of the damaged product
2. Order Number
3. Tracking Number
4. Packing Slip
We will promptly review your order to determine whether the damage or defect warrants delivery of a replacement. We will not honour defect requests which are attributed to sizing, colouring or styling concerns. We only provide replacements for manufacturing errors or items damaged in delivery.
If your replacement is approved we will send you an email with the address to return the item. Please note that WOW KIREI does not cover any postage costs associated with returns if you are outside the United States, all costs associated with returning items to us are then the responsibility of the customer. The shipping method in which you decide to return to WOW KIREI is completely up to you. Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as WOW KIREI cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely!

COLOUR MATCHING & COLOUR REQUESTS
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the colour of our products will exactly match our product photographs due to variations in how computing devices display brightness and colour. In addition, colours may vary slightly between brands. So please be careful when matching apparel across brands. If you are concerned about slight colour variations then please don't order the product. In addition, as our leggings are created using sublimation process its normal for the legging colour to appear lighter at stretch points.
AS A REMINDER ALWAYS MEASURE YOURSELF BEFORE ORDERING
We have 1000s of patterns in our catalogue, with 1000s of colour variations. Unfortunately, not all of these colour variations can be displayed on the store. For customers, that are ordering our products for events that are time sensitive like weddings, school events, parties and holidays please make sure to order far in advance of the event. Please plan ahead. If the event is too close please don't order. Our delivery time is equal to processing time + shipping time. Our processing time varies by product and product brand but is generally completed within 7 days. But Wow Kirei is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipper related issues such as customs. Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor Wow Kirei run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.
